Event Information

The Oswego Triathlon, presented by Allied First Bank, will be held on Sunday, July 21^st, 2013 in Oswego IL at 8:00 am. Participants will swim, bike, and run through a challenging course.

* USA Triathlon Athletes will recieve a $12 discount.

Online registration will end on the Thursday before the event.

Rules

The Oswego Triathlon will conform to USAT rules and guidelines. After you complete the registration, there can be no changes regarding category (i.e. changing your individual registration to a team registration).

Amenities

All participants will receive a participant t-shirt. Water and sports drinks will be provided during, and after the race.

Awards

The triathlon will be timed. The top three male and female competitors in each age division will be awarded. Age groups for awards: Men: 16-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+, and Clydesdale. Women: 16-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+, and Athena.

Packet Pickup and Race Registration

Packet pick-up, bib numbers, markings, and race information will be available Friday, July 19^th from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M and Saturday, July 20^th from 9:00 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Allied First Bank, located at 3201 Orchard Rd, Oswego IL. Transition Area

You may put personal items in this area prior to the start of the race. This area will open two hours before the start of the race and close fifteen minutes before race start time.

Refunds, Exchanges, Etc

There will be NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for the Oswego Triathlon.

Spectators

All spectators must arrive by 7:45. Due to street closures for the run and bike sections, no spectators will be able to arrive after the start of the triathlon. Spectators and athletes will be able to leave at any time.
